L’ARTE TESSILE ENTRA IN CLASSE: DAL 3 MARZO LABORATORI NELLE SCUOLE DI PORDENONE E MANIAGO PER TRASMETTERE IL FASCINO DELLA FIBER ART

Uno degli obiettivi e degli impegni dell’associazione Le Arti Tessili di Maniago è senz’altro la sensibilizzazione e il coinvolgimento dei giovani rispetto a quella materia affascinante che è l’arte tessile contemporanea, per altro in continua diffusione e crescita nel mondo. Con l’obiettivo di informare e formare e di rendere i ragazzi partecipi del Premio Valcellina – il prestigioso premio internazionale che l’associazione dedica ai giovani fiber-artisti di tutto il mondo per incoraggiarne il talento, stimolare la ricerca e la sperimentazione artistica, manifestazione in arrivo con i suoi spettacolari eventi conclusivi fra aprile e maggio – prendono il via due laboratori rivolti agli studenti degli istituti scolastici del territorio. Venerdì 3 marzo all’I.S.I.S. Lino Zanussi di Pordenone è in programma un incontro teorico di approfondimento dedicato alle classi terze e quarte, accompagnato da video e immagini, tenuto da Annamaria Poggioli, presidente de Le Arti Tessili e da Eva Comuzzi, storica dell’arte. L’iniziativa sarà replicata lunedì 6 marzo all’I.I.S. Evangelista Torricelli di Maniago. Giovedì 9 e 16 marzo, sempre nel liceo maniaghese, si terrà un laboratorio pratico condotto dalle esperte Anna Teresa Bruni e Gaetana Grande, finalizzato alla realizzazione di piccoli arazzi con il telaio. Lo stesso sarà ripetuto nelle giornate del 22 e del 29 marzo ad Andreis per le classi 3N e 3M I.T.I. Sistema Moda Lino Zanussi di Pordenone.

TEXTILE ART ENTERS THE CLASSROOM: FROM THE 3RD OF MARCH WORKSHOPS IN THE SCHOOLS IN PORDENONE AND MANIAGO TO CONVEY THE FIBER ART FASCINATION

One of the objectives and commitments of the association Le Arti Tessili di Maniago is certainly to raise awareness and to involve young people in the fascinating subject that is contemporary art, always expanding and increasing around the world. With aim of informing and training and encouraging the participation of young people to the Valcellina Award – the prestigious international award that the association dedicates to young fiber-artists from all over the world to encourage talent, stimulate research and art experimentation, event coming soon with its spectacular closing shows between April and May – two workshops for students of schools of the district will take place. On Friday 3rd of March at the I.S.I.S. Lino Zanussi in Pordenone a theoretical study meeting is scheduled, dedicated to the Third and the Fourth classes, accompanied by videos and images, taught by Annamaria Poggioli, President of Le Arti Tessili and by Eva Comuzzi, art historian. This initiative will be repeated on Monday 6th of March at I.I.S. Evangelista Torricelli in Maniago. On Thursday 9th and 16th of March, always in the High School in Maniago, a workshop will be carried out by the experts Anna Teresa Bruni and Gaetana Grande, aimed at realizing small tapestries with the loom. This workshop will also take place on the 22^nd and 29^th of March in Andreis for the classes 3N and 3M I.T.I. Sistema Moda Lino Zanussi in Pordenone.
